Genesis offers benefits options in several different areas. The combination of a competitive salary, health insurance,

Benefits are available on the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
Medical insurance is offered through Blue Cross-Blue Shield of IL. We offer two plans on a pre-tax basis for employees and
a robust PPO or a flexible HSA. Dental insurance is offered through MetLife. The health plan is elective
and employees can choose between four levels of coverage including employee only, employee plus spouse, employee plus
children and family.
Flexible spending account
Direct pre-tax income to an account to reimburse yourself for expenses not covered by traditional healthcare programs or
expenses related to the care of a dependent.
Retirement savings plan 401(k)
Our plan offers tools for financial security planning through pre-tax salary deferral contributions. We match 25% of the first
4% of monthly contributions after six months of employment.
We pay 100% of the premium for basic life insurance with coverage up to $25,000.
Short- and long-term disability insurance
Genesis pays 100% of the premium for both short- and long-term disability.
Paid time off (PTO)
Our program includes a new hire annual vacation entitlement of 10 days during the first full year, 4 sick days and 8 holidays.
