+ Field Service Technician - Northbrook, IL
Genesis is looking for a Field Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will provide onsite maintenance and
repair to customers' printers, fax machines and multifunction devices. You will travel throughout a designated territory
to customer sites. You will be expected to participate in ongoing training and certification classes on all devices the company
is authorized to service.
+ Delivery Driver - Northbrook, IL
This position performs daily route deliveries and picks up empty toner cartridges from customers. Items delivered are
mainly toner cartridges but also includes printers and multifunction devices. This position will also sort and stack empty
toners by model/type in the warehouse. This position will also function as the warehouse assistant backup.
+ Customer Service Specialist - Northbrook, IL
The customer service position processes customer orders over the phone, via e-mail and from our e-commerce site for
supplies, service and equipment. This position will serve as a help desk for basic printer service issues and service work
order processing for all other service calls.
