In this position, you will provide on-site basic preventive maintenance to customers’ printers and fax machines. As such, this position requires the employee to travel throughout the Chicago Area to customer sites. Preventive maintenance entails cleaning and inspecting printers and fax machines, possible replacement of some parts, and gathering data about specific printers. The position requires the regular lifting and/or moving of printers that may weigh as much 70 pounds. Position also requires the entering of printer data into a PDA.
